📣 WANT TO WORK ON THE How I Lawyer PODCAST (PAID)?
I am looking to hire a part-time "Assistant Producer" (5 hours/week) to help support the administrative side of the fast-growing podcast that has been downloaded roughly 225,000 times and ranked in the Top-30 Careers Podcasts on Apple.
Ideal candidates are law students, JDs, or LLMs who know about the legal profession and want to learn more. An undergraduate student with some familiarity in law might also work. The position is FULLY REMOTE (but is not open to Georgetown Law students, sorry).
This is NOT an editing job. I have my team at LawPods to help with that. This is a job to support the many nuts and bolts required to regularly publish and promote a high-quality podcast that I run on the side. No specific experience is required but experience and familiarity (or interest in learning) podcasting, marketing, digital design, and social media is a big plus.
The primary roles in the short term include drafting show notes, posting to multiple social media channels, scheduling interviews, managing social media & website, and helping with sponsorship outreach. You'll get to listen to the the podcast and get paid to do it 😀 .
This position is 100% remote and you have control over what hours and on what days you work as long as you can commit to working five hours per week and posting content on an agreed upon cadence. I'd love to find someone who can commit (at least in theory) to doing this through the end of May 2024 after a one-month trial to see if its a good fit. Check out Google Form below if you want to learn more.
